Session Description: What is it that draws a child's attention to desire a new food or beverage? Will they like the taste of the product? Will mom continue to purchase the product? This session will cover tools for learning about the market space, the use of consumer research with moms and kids, development and design of healthy food and beverages for children, and what to include in the process to assure a successful launch or reformulation.
